- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪On one visit, I checked in and after 30 minutes, asked what was going on. I was told they were running behind. I was there for 90 minutes for less than 10 with the provider. When I confronted the provider about the issue, I was told they have 300 patients to manage and don't have time to inform anyone that they are running behind. I was also working with them to get approval from my insurance for testing. There were multiple challenges with the process but the office never called to let me know what was going on or what avenues I needed to pursue. It was only my own perseverance that got the process moving again. My advice is to find another provider.December 26, 2016by Christine Zellers
