- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Unless you can keep your exact appointment every six months, look elsewhere for a dentist. At my cleaning in August 2016, I was scheduled for an appointment the following February. When I called to reschedule my cleaning in February (with four days advance notice), I was told the next available appointment wasn’t until August 2017. I am not willing to sacrifice my dental health because this business has overbooked its schedule. I will say that Dr. Meridith Gibbs was very pleasant and professional when I saw her for a cleaning and two following appointments for fillings. However, that isn’t enough to make me loyal to a practice that doesn’t offer any flexibility to their patients who have work or childcare issues - especially when advance notice is given. Because of your archaic schedule and obviously short-sighted staff, you have lost my business.June 28, 2017by Jordan Attebury
